Project Manager (Selangor/Johor)

We are looking for Project Manager in Selangor & Johor Bahru.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E construction industry.
- Excellent leadership, team management, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge in costing, quality control, resource planning and on-site operations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong project management capabilities, including budgeting, scheduling, time management and resource planning.
- High level of integrity, resourcefulness and result-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Chinese language will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in construction-related software and project management tools.
- To plan overall M&E construction activities and ensure project works meets timeline and milestones.
- Prepare project schedules and work programs.
- Coordinate site progress with main contractor, clients, supplier, sub contractors and related project teams.
- Monitor installation, testing and commissioning activities.
- Solving technical clashes and ensuring compliance with specifications and Malaysian standards (DOSH, BOMBA, OSHA, Environmental and safety standards).
- Monitor project costing, control material wastage and track subcontractor claims.
- Monitoring manpower and managing subcontractors to ensure full productivity.
- Any adhoc tasks provided by Project Director.
