### ? Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with key retail accounts (e.g. Watsons, Guardian, Sasa, etc.)
• Liaise closely with buyers and key account partners on business development and growth
• Prepare and manage offer lists, promotion plans, and pricing strategies
• Coordinate and document meeting minutes, and ensure proper follow-ups
• Plan and execute in-store promotions, GWP (Gift With Purchase) and PWP (Purchase With Purchase) activities
• Oversee POSM arrangements and ensure proper retail display execution
• Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations) for campaign execution

### ✅ Requirements:

• Experience in sales, key account management, or FMCG industry preferred
• Familiar with major retail chains (Watsons, Guardian, Sasa, etc.)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint and basic reporting

### ? Bonus Points:

• Experience in beauty / personal care industry
• Knowledge of retail promotions and merchandising
• Strong follow-up and execution skills
