Ampang Jaya - Sales engineer

Sales Engineer will be responsible in driving sales and deliver technical assistance to potential customers, managing relationship and closing sales by showcasing our product capabilities.

This position requires a solid understanding of the company's products and services being sold, including technical specifications and how they work; along with the skill set to clearly and concisely explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical clients.

• To Identify customer needs, understand their problems, and develop effective solutions using the company's products or services;
• To analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on market research and customer feedback;
• To build rapport and trust with customers and to effectively manage client relationships and close deals to attain monthly & yearly sales targets;
• To work effectively with other sales professionals, engineers, and support staffs;
• To collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.

• Min. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience in a related technical field;
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
• Valid driving licence, possess own transport, and able to travel within East & West Malaysia;
• Strong interpersonal abilities and effective sales and communication skills;
• Results-driven, enthusiastic, sociable, and passionate about sales, with the ability to work independently;
• Ability to work effectively with other sales professionals, engineers and support staffs;
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin and local dialects is an advantage.
