Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- 6 month contracts (Jul26 - Mid Jan27)
- Support daily accounting operations, including data entry, updating receipts, processing payments, and handling routine banking matters
- Maintain full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Journal Vouchers (JV), and reconciliations
- Assist in month-end and quarter-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports
- Handle statutory submissions such as E-invoice, SST, Stamp Duty, CP22, and CP22A in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide administrative support to Finance / Payroll & Singapore Head Office
- Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
