Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • 6 month contracts (Jul26 - Mid Jan27)
  • Support daily accounting operations, including data entry, updating receipts, processing payments, and handling routine banking matters
  • Maintain full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Journal Vouchers (JV), and reconciliations
  • Assist in month-end and quarter-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports
  • Handle statutory submissions such as E-invoice, SST, Stamp Duty, CP22, and CP22A in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide administrative support to Finance / Payroll & Singapore Head Office
  • Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
