The Inside Sales Representatives will be responsible for generating sales leads, securing new business opportunities, and nurturing strong relationships with existing customers. The roles involve proactively identifying customer needs, managing assigned accounts, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products and services.

The ideal candidates will be customer-focused, results-driven, and skilled in building lasting client relationships to support long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Generate new leads and develop relationships with potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions in line with customer objectives.
  • Communicate progress of sales initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Develop new business opportunities and improve existing relationships to meet sales targets.
  • Track and forecast sales performance (e.g., monthly results and annual forecasts).
  • Prepare regular reports on account status.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Assist with client requests and issue escalations as needed.
Language Requirements
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese is MANDATORY to liaise with clients and partners from China and Hong Kong.
  • A Mandarin speaker is preferred, as the role involves regular communication with customers from these regions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Sales, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Confident and effective in phone communications, including cold calling.
  • Proven customer service skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
