Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (spoken & written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic to intermediate computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and quick to adapt.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable products or solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and payments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets individually and as a team.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, sales activities, and customer data
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company procedures, and market trends.
