- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals and overall business objectives within the entertainment/media industry.
- Create engaging and original content (text, images, video) optimized for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to maximize audience reach and engagement.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, website traffic), and prepare financial reports on social media ROI to inform future strategies and optimize campaigns.
- Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and foster positive relationships with followers to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, sales) to ensure social media campaigns are integrated with other marketing initiatives and support overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to ensure the company's social media presence remains competitive and effective.
