Maintenance Assistant

• Hands-on skills in minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Responsible and responsive to calls and messages when on duty
• Willing to work outside of normal hours (including weekends) for emergency cases, with additional compensation provided
• Must possess own transportation
• Perform general maintenance work across properties
• Respond promptly to property-related emergencies
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve issues
• Coordinate with tenants, contractors, and relevant parties to arrange and follow up on maintenance work
• Short confirmation period (1-3 months)
