Internship HR Recruitment Consultant Intern

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and administer full spectrum of HR & Administration functions
• Responsible for managing human resources functions including recruitment and selection, training and development, administration and employee relations in the local operations and report to superior.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for assigned job orders.
• Engage potential candidates actively using all recruitment methods possible - web portals, job postings, databases, social media, referrals and contacts.
• Identify areas of improvement in HR strategies to meet company’s growth and requirements.
• Any ad hoc task as required for this position.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Fresh Grads are welcome.
• Proven ability in counseling/advising in various employment-related matters
• Well-versed with local employment ordinance and other related laws and legislation
• Self-motivated, team player, aggressive and responsible
• Excellent problem solving, communications and leadership skills
• Good command of written and spoken English & Malay
• Mandarin Speaking is a plus
