Job Description:
- Seeking an experienced Senior Barista to lead daily café operations
- Must be independent, responsible, and punctual
- Can work alone or with owner in a small, focused café environment
- Must be good at customer service & communication and be calm and collected.
Job Scope:
- Able to dial in espresso and set up grinders daily
- Brew coffee using espresso machine and filter methods
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee bar and equipment
- Open and close the store if needed
- Handle customers and take orders confidently
- Monitor stock and report low supplies
- Maintain café cleanliness and hygiene
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years barista experience
- Able to work independently
- Passion for specialty coffee
- Good attitude and communication skills
- Must be reliable and professional
