Data & ai architect [up to 28k]

about the company

our client is a well-established organization currently undergoing a strategic transformation to expand its offerings beyond its traditional core business. As part of this evolution, they are building a future-ready data and AI architecture to support advanced analytics, digital services, and intelligent operations across the enterprise.

• architect and deliver data platforms, AI/ML solutions, and intelligent automation frameworks for both internal use and external clients.
• design and implement end-to-end data pipelines, data lakes, and real-time processing frameworks to support analytics and AI use cases.
• provide technical leadership on data architecture, machine learning lifecycle, model governance, and MLOps.
• drive cloud-first, API-driven, and modular architecture across AI and data solutions.
• lead solution architecture for proposals and POCs involving advanced analytics, generative AI, chatbots, and customer intelligence.
• establish best practices in data governance, data security, and AI ethics.

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML architecture roles, with at least 5 years in an architectural leadership capacity.
• strong proficiency in designing and deploying cloud-native architectures on cloud platforms.
• hands-on experience with data lakes, data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift), and streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Spark Streaming).
• solid understanding of MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) and DevOps pipelines.
• experience with vector databases, LLMs, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks is a strong plus.
• familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance.
• strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
