Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a carpenter or similar role
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Able to lead other workers
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures
- SPM level or equivalent preferred
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other materials
- Construct frameworks, cabinets, doors, and furniture
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, and shelves
- Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with other construction professionals when needed
- Preferable to have lorry Lesen for delivery purpose and able to work outstation (Allowance available)
- EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions
