We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Retail Displays) to lead the end-to-end execution of Point-of-Sale Material (POSM) deployment for a key client. This role requires strong leadership, operational planning, and coordination capabilities to ensure smooth installation and dismantling across retail outlets nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project & Field Deployment Coordination

Plan, schedule, and monitor installation and dismantle works across nationwide outlets

Assign and dispatch teams based on geography, workload, and skillset

Monitor real-time progress and respond to on-site execution issues
  1. Team Leadership & Manpower Planning

Supervise 11-15 team members (sales admin, operations exec, warehouse, drivers, installers)

Handle manpower rostering, OT, leave planning, and field resource balancing

Conduct weekly team briefings and monthly performance checks
  1. Inventory Management

Oversee inbound and outbound movement of POSM stock

Ensure accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation weekly
  1. Client Liaison (Operational Level)

Serve as the operational liaison to key clients.

Attend project-related meetings and maintain service-level expectations.

Manage and resolve client complaints or incidents related to deployment and inventory.
  1. Billing & Documentation

Verify completion reports before submitting for billing

Ensure correct job documentation is received from field teams
  1. Reporting & Compliance

Monitor weekly submission:

Job completion report

Inventory movement report

Propose continuous improvements to job flow, tracking, and cost efficiency
