Full Stack Developer (Remote)

Job Description

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at WXM Collective, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites, platforms, and web applications. You will work closely with designers, marketers, and other developers to create seamless digital experiences while ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

• Develop and maintain web applications, platforms, and high-performance websites.
• Work with front-end and back-end technologies to build robust digital solutions.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of all applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across the full stack.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
• Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Expertise in front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., PHP, Node.js, Wordpress, JS/TS, React, Python, etc.).
• Strong experience in database management (mySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, etc.).
• Proficiency in API development and integration.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with agile development workflows and project management tools (e.g., Git, Docker, CI/CD).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
