  • At least Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration
  • Possesses 1-2 years of working experience in a similar managerial capacity
  • Able to work independently and multi-tasking.
  • PC literate and experience in using Microsoft Office application (Word; Power Point; Excel)
  • Conversant with relevant statutory regulations pertaining to human resource such as
  • Employment, Industrial Relations, Employee Provident Fund, Social Security etc.
  • Familiar in managing training & development activities.
  • Good in oral & written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Attentive & a good listener.
  • A people-oriented person with amicable individuality.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening,
interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Prepare payroll reports, process accurate payroll for all employees
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in compliance
with labor regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Support performance management and employee development programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution in a fair and
timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases (HRIS).
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state
requirements.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to promote employee growth.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
