We're a fast-growing TikTok-based e-commerce brand selling trendy fashion and lifestyle products. We are looking for Operation Assistant support our management and host to ruin ecommerce platform for betterment.
Job Sumary:The Operator Assistant will support the execution of live streaming operations by coordinating with hosts, assisting live admin staff, and implementing instructions from the management team. This role acts as a communication bridge between management and the live team, ensuring all procedures are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
Job Description:
- Assist in managing live sessions alongside hosts and admins.
- Follow and implement instructions from management regarding live sessions.
- Coordinate with live hosts and admins to ensure readiness before every session.
- Communicate updates, changes, or instructions clearly to all involved parties.
- Follow up on live-related matters such as session issues, performance highlights, and feedback.
- Arrange and attend team meetings between live hosts/admin and management.
- Support technical setup and basic troubleshooting during live streams.
- And other related task given.

Requirements:
- Open to Fresh Graduates and University Students (Internship placement)
- Students or fresh grads in Bachelor of Mass Comm / Business / Admin / E-Commerce or related fields
- Must be able to speak and understand Mandarin and Malay
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced live-streaming environment
- Punctual, responsible, and proactive
- Internship commitment: Min 3 months, preferably up to 6 months or more than that based on university.
