Senior Marketing Executive

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Experience:

• 3–5 years in marketing, preferably in F&B, retail, or FMCG industry.
• Experience with campaign execution, marketing collateral, and vendor coordination.

Skills:

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and digital campaigns.
• Good organizational and reporting abilities.
• Basic graphic design or familiarity with design tools is a plus.

1. Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
• Plan annual marketing calendars, promotions, and product launch strategies.

1. Brand Management

• Maintain strong brand identity and ensure consistency across all communication platforms.
• Oversee menu launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Monitor brand performance and customer perception.
• Ensure all marketing collateral aligns with brand guidelines.

1. Digital Marketing

• Manage social media platforms (小红书, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Oversee content creation including photoshoots, videos, and promotional creatives.
• Monitor online reviews, customer engagement, and digital campaign performance.

1. Campaign & Promotion Management

• Design, execute, and coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and collaborations.
• Plan festive promotions and limited-time offers.
• Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and provide actionable insights.
• Follow up with internal teams, outlets, suppliers, and external partners to ensure timely implementation.

1. Budget & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare and manage marketing budgets effectively.
• Analyze KPIs such as sales growth, footfall, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
