- Define and execute the long-term infrastructure and process roadmap for the plant, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and future growth plans.
- Develop, manage, and oversee the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) plan by coordinating resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget constraints.
- Champion continuous improvement across all aspects of plant operations by implementing preventive and predictive maintenance technologies that enhance reliability and reduce downtime.
- Deliver critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Vertical Start-Up (VSU), Conversion Cost optimisation, CAPEX adherence, Global Efficiency (GE), and Breakdown Elimination through effective planning and execution.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop engineering talent within the team by fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and shared responsibility for results.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes or equipment into existing operations while maintaining high safety standards.
- Monitor financial performance related to engineering projects by tracking budgets, analysing variances, and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Promote a safe working environment by adhering to best practices in health and safety regulations throughout all engineering activities.
- Support change management initiatives aimed at enhancing organisational performance by encouraging open communication and inclusive participation from all team members.

- At least 4 years’ proven experience in people leadership roles where you have demonstrated your ability to nurture talent, foster collaboration among team members, and support individual growth journeys.
- Comprehensive project management skills including end-to-end oversight of complex projects that demand careful coordination between multiple stakeholders.
- A sound understanding of budgeting processes coupled with practical experience managing financial resources responsibly within an engineering context.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives using preventive or predictive maintenance technologies that enhance overall plant effectiveness.
- Experience supporting or leading change management efforts designed to improve organisational performance while maintaining high levels of employee engagement (nice-to-have).
- In-depth familiarity with Operational Excellence methodologies such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM – required), Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma approaches (nice-to-have).
