- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
- Experience in sales support or admin is an advantage (textile background bonus).
- Can speak and write in English and Bahasa (Mandarin is bonus).
- Know how to use Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work with team.
Megah Textile Sdn Bhd was founded in year 2010. Brands that we carry are including Gildan, Anvil, Tultex, Comfort Colors, American Apparel, Gildan Hammer, Crossrunner, North Harbour and Sarra. We had offer one-stop services to our loyalty clients such as Silkscreen, Sublimation, Embroidery, Printing and Heat Transfer.To expand the growth of the organization, we are not only distributing our finished products locally, but we also exporting to overseas like Singapore, Brunei, and Thailand and so on.
- Handle customer orders, quotation, and delivery arrangement.
- Respond to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Prepare invoice, delivery order (DO), sales order (SO), and quotation.
- Work with warehouse/logistics team to arrange stock and delivery.
- Update customer and sales record in system.
- Support sales team in admin work and follow-up with customer.
- Handle customer feedback or after-sales issue.
- Monitor stock level and inform if need to restock.
- Any other task given by Sales Manager or boss.
