Senior Staff NPI Planner
- Initiate engineering wafer start requests to foundry/fab for product tape out.
- Initiate proto assembly build requests.
- Work with marketing/sales team to track and drive customer sample deliveries in JIRA, from application configuration creation, test program development, test, mark and ship.
- Create MRB for non-conformance material disposition.
- Create and maintain product BOM and product lifecycle in PLM system such as Agile.
- Track, manage engineering inventory (wafer/assembly lots, finished goods etc)
- Work with the planning and manufacturing team to ensure a smooth handoff from NPI to mass production (engineering lot conversion, production readiness)
- Communicate schedule of activities to product teams in a timely fashion (daily, weekly, when new update is available).
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of logistics experience in complex supply chain planning organizations. Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with inventory control and management.
- Experience with PLM tools in semiconductor industry is a plus.

Memory Interface Division (MID) is looking for a Senior Staff NPI Planner to join our Product Engineering team to serve as the Business Unit’s (BU) single point of contact for all engineering supply-related matters. This position is responsible for initiating and managing engineering wafer starts, assembly builds, and maintain engineering inventory control to support customer samples delivery.This role is responsible for end-to-end supply chain and working with cross-functional teams to remove and resolve any obstacle.
