Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, or related field preferred.

Working Condition

  • Initiate/Maintain u8 project related transaction ie. DP request, Inventory Code Creation
  • Files housekeeping for Finance required files
  • Joint handling communication with sales/sales engineering for project preapproval /checklist / layout/CO
  • Physical inspection & co-work on Packing List for goods shipment from BFS Asia to Project customers
  • Joint communicates with BFS Asia regarding project order status/upcoming order
  • Contact point for pickup of shipments of project from BFS Asia
  • Draft/follow up shipping documents via u8 according to LC/customer's needs
  • Weekly update of project revenue/goods in out/supplier invoice in u8
  • Liaise with BA Asia/BFS exhibition attendees regarding hotel, name tag, uniform
  • Co-handling with BFS Asia if exhibition machine is sent from/to BFS Asia which eventually goes to Project customer
  • Preparation bridging work for system changeover from u8 to SAP
  • Manage and maintain customer master data and oversee process within the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module to support efficient sales operation.
  • Monitor purchase order and updates on the delivery/shipment status.
  • Responsible for logistics/shipping document preparation, including COO application.
  • Ensure BFS Asia COO complies with the customer’s requirement
  • Carry out any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
