Production Operator - Seberang Perai

High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations
• Operate machinery used in the production process in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure consistent quality of products
• Monitor production processes to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently
• Make adjustments to machinery as needed to maintain production targets and quality standards
• Conduct routine checks of machinery to identify and resolve any issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure that production targets are met
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
