Candidate who possesses at least a Diploma in Secretarial, Business Administration or Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a secretarial, administrative or assistant role, preferably in supporting CEO/Director.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities (punctual).
- Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills.
- Strong logical thinking with good data analysis and written communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility.
- High level of professionalism with strong confidentiality awareness.

- Administrative & Management Support
- Assist the Director in managing daily work arrangements, including schedule coordination and travel arrangements.
- Internal and External Communication & Coordination
- Act as a key liaison between the Director and internal/external parties.
- Ensure clear communication flow and promptly follow-up on action items for completion.
- Project & Business Support
- Coordinate and work closely with various departments to support special projects and initiatives, adapting to changing priorities with ease.
- Special Assignments
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks and special projects assigned by the Director and Management.
- Handle travel logistics, including flight and hotel bookings, itineraries, visa applications, and related documentation.
- Assist with bill payments, banking matters, and other personal administrative tasks.
- Support the management of property matters and investment portfolios.
- Provide assistance with childcare responsibilities, including school pick-ups and drop-offs when required.
- Coordinate and organize events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle personal errands and household-related tasks as needed.
