Job responsibilities:
- Comply and enforce standardized asset management policies, processes, controls and integrated technologies that enable effective management of the customers’ assets.
- Collect and maintain accurate hardware and software inventory data, storage and tracking of information associated with IT hardware transactions within contracted service as per customers’ requirement.
- To conduct quality reviews of ICMS (Install, Change, Move and Surplus) activities under ticketing system for service request/ work order (such as change task, request catalog, description update, & etc.), to ensure compliance to the company's policy and process.
- Coordinate periodic asset cycle-count audits at client sites, to measure and record asset accuracy, with the results to be reported to the IS Manager.
- Ensure hardware & software ICMS (Install, Change, Move and Surplus) activities are tracked and updated into the Asset Repository in a timely manner.
- Perform functions and activities pertaining to Software Asset Management and Lost & Stolen process for asset record.
- Must Requirements
・Proven field service experience of at least 3 years in the IT industry.
・Experience in IT Asset Management (tracking, managing, analyzing, optimizing)・Experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing technical equipment.
・Background interfacing with internal teams and external customers to resolve issues.
- Advantages
・Proven strong analyzing capability and well versed with MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Macros)
・Familiarity with asset management practices and service ticketing systems.・Understanding of software asset management and incident tracking procedures.
