About the role

As a Senior Sales Executive at MOH PHARMACEUTICAL TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD, you will be responsible for driving new business development and sales growth in the OEM, functional food, and content creation segments. This is a full-time position based in Shah Alam, Selangor.

1. Developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts
2. Identifying and qualifying potential leads through proactive outreach and networking
3. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
4. Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals
5. Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, production, and customer service teams
6. Providing regular sales performance reports and forecasts
7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

1. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the OEM, functional food, or content creation industries
2. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and generating new business
3. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
4. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
6. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
