A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in an operations support, administrative, or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, data analysis) will be a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with Contracts for Difference (CFD) trading and MetaQuotes platforms (MT4/MT5) is an added asset.
- Excellent communication skills — written and spoken English proficiency is mandatory; multilingual abilities are a plus to ensure smooth communication.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented and collaborative culture.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Assist senior executives and team leads in executing daily operational tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure workflow continuity, timely delivery of outcomes, and alignment with company goals.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries, disputes, and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritized.
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute comprehensive reports, highlighting findings, trends, and actionable insights for internal use.
- Proactively recommend enhancements to reporting tools and operational workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the development, documentation, and enforcement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational best practices.
- Conduct routine quality checks to uphold high service delivery standards and operational compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of operational processes and interactions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify process improvements and streamline operational activities.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management, contributing flexibly to departmental objectives.
