Operations Manager - Ampang Jaya

We are a STEM edu-tainment company that introduces children ages 5 to 15 years old to robotics and the coding concepts through the use of our patented robot building blocks and easy-to-use coding software.

We are looking to expand our company with a smart, creative, and fun Operations Manager to join our team! The person needs to be independent and driven, with a passion for children's education. The person will be responsible to help manage the operations of our learning centres, our programmes and oversee the marketing execution.

Key Job Roles:

• Lead and manage the team to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with different teams to foster an exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.
• Assess and analyse budgets to find ways to optimise efficiency or profitability.
• Enforcing regulatory and safety standards.
• Jointly develop marketing plans with the management team.
• Build relationships with existing and potential partners.
• Follow-up with potential partners and identifying service/product fit.
