HR Admin Officer - Klang

Bachelor’s Degree with 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, local labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with HR management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.
  • Manage full spectrum of payroll processing and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system, including personal data, banking info, leave, and attendance.
  • Oversee onboarding and exit procedures, including documentation, orientation, and staff movement tracking.
  • Support the implementation of performance reviews and internal HR processes.
  • Ensure HR policies and labour law compliance, including ISO documentation and workplace safety standards.
  • Coordinate employee benefits, insurance renewals, and claims with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and liaise with the Finance team.
