Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Manage and maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and digital, for important company documents and records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings for the team.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support customer service inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
  • Contribute to general office management duties, including maintaining office supplies and ensuring a tidy workspace.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to liaen effectively with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations
