Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Manage and maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and digital, for important company documents and records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence, and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings for the team.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support customer service inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Contribute to general office management duties, including maintaining office supplies and ensuring a tidy workspace.
- Utilize strong communication skills to liaen effectively with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Be proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Handle documentation for property transactions (booking forms, SPA, loan documents, etc.)
- Assist agents with project information, pricing, and documentation support
- Organise and maintain company inventory, project lists, and property databases
- Manage office records, files, and internal documentation systems
- Handle incoming inquiries, emails, and administrative requests
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project information sheets
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations
- Support management with administrative and coordination tasks
