Branch Manager

• At least 3–5 years experience in retail sales management, preferably in the jewelry or luxury retail industry.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and retail hours.
• Lead and supervise all branch staff to ensure optimal performance and discipline.
• Plan and implement branch sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Monitor branch operational procedures, inventory, and cash management.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance, coaching, and motivation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high service standards and prompt resolution of complaints.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, stock reports, and operational feedback to HQ.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure showroom cleanliness and security.
• Monitor staff scheduling, leave, and performance evaluations.
• Liaise with HQ for promotional activities, stock requests, and system issues.
