Accounts Cum Admin Assistant

Perform accounting data entry, documentation, printing, and filing duties.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and other basic accounting tasks.
- Assist in audit preparation and provide supporting documents when required.
- Perform general office administration and office maintenance tasks.
- Ensure proper record keeping and maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Business Management, Business Admin or related qualification.
- Preferably 1 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible in handling tasks.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong desire to complete tasks efficiently.
- Flexible with working hours when required to meet deadlines.
- Good command of English (written and spoken). Strong credit in English (SPM/O-Level) is preferred.
- Ability to speak multiple languages will be an added advantage. (Mandarin Speaker)
- Minimum computer literacy, including Microsoft/Apple/Google office tools (Word, Spreadsheet, Presentation software).
