Competency:
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma
- Relevant working experience in procurement field
- Specializing in Procurement and Purchasing
- Good communication and interpersonal skill, strong character, outspoken and independent.
- Proficiency in English
- Computer literate, competent in internet and Microsoft Office
- Responsible for Procurement and Purchasing. Issuance on the DO.
- Assist on the Monthly supplier assesement.
- Source for new potential suppliers / vendors to Improve supply base
- Evaluate specification of purchase requisition and review quotation for selection
- Follow up on the purchasing process with the suppliers for on-time delivery
- Resolving disputes and claims with suppliers and vendors
- Assist in the implementation or enhancement
Authority:
- Liaise with supplier/vendor personnel and authority to choose on the best selection of the quotation.
