Job Summary

As a content marketing lead, you will develop and publish content that generates inbound traffic, leads, and followers for our various digital media and social media platforms. You will work with an in-house team of other marketers and creatives to execute effective content marketing campaigns.

Job Scope

Develop, create, and publish engaging content for our website and social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Work with our in-house creative team to produce and edit all necessary creative assets
  • Brainstorm and develop content campaigns aimed at a 19-30 y/o audience demographic that are both informative and entertaining
  • Ensure content campaigns support client campaign outcomes, internal ground activation activities, and external youth-facing events.
  • Maintain content calendars and manage the timely rollout of content campaigns
  • Monitor, track, and report on campaign and social media performance, optimising strategies where necessary
  • Research and stay updated on best practices in content marketing, live content, and media production
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in media, digital marketing, or social media management.
  • Proficient with video production for social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) as well as video editing software (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
  • Must be comfortable being on camera or conducting livestreams if needed.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
  • An excellent grasp of the English language (both written and spoken) is a must.
  • Ability to write and speak in fluently in other languages (e.g. Malay, Mandarin, etc.) is a huge plus
  • The ability to work well in teams is a must. This job is heavily team-based.
  • Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently and think critically.
  • Familiarity with the local arts, culture, and event scenes is a huge plus

You will be required to submit a portfolio of past works as part of our evaluation process.
