Sales Management Trainee (12-month programme) - Petaling Jaya

Job Summary

Sales Management Trainee is a 12-months program to develop high potential individuals as future leaders in various aspects of business. (Intake: 10th July 2025)

1. Rotation Program: Participate in a structured rotation program that exposes trainees to different teams in Sales and Retail department.
2. Team-based Project Management: Work closely with colleagues across different functions to cultivate critical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and adept project management skills through collaborative projects assigned.
3. Learning and Development: Participate actively in ongoing learning initiatives such as on-the-job training and mentorship to enrich competencies and understanding across diverse domains of business management.

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Up to 2-3 years of working experience in sales/retail industry is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is required to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or relevant tools
• Good at problem-solving, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking
• Highly resilient and responsive to challenges
• Possess own transport
• Able to commit for 12 months and starting on 10th July 2025
