In this position you will…

… drive insurance attach rate performance across bolttech's Asia
  • Pacific markets through systematic technology implementation and data infrastructure excellence.
You will deploy and optimize sales operations tools
  • particularly the Field Operations Tool (FOT)
  • and ensure data accuracy and standardization across PowerBI and Excel dashboards that enable decision-making from GM-level to field-level operations.

Directly support bolttech's regional sales operations across Asia where bolttech has operations, partnering with major telecommunications and retail companies across the region.Inherit and advance existing technology projects while working collaboratively with Heads of Sales, Business Intelligence teams, and outsourced development partners to standardize operational capabilities across markets with varying levels of analytics maturity.

You will be working with the Regional Sales and Operations team located in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.

You will be responsible for…
  • Lead end-to-end deployment of the Field Operations Tool across markets, managing implementation planning, stakeholder alignment, user training, adoption tracking, and serving as primary point of contact for tool-related issues, enhancements, and vendor management
  • Coordinate with outsourced development partners to translate market-specific business requirements into technical specifications and feature enhancements, ensuring GPS-enabled tracking, visit planning, and reporting capabilities deliver measurable field operations improvements
  • Upgrade and standardize PowerBI dashboards across all markets, collaborating with the Business Intelligence team to transform manual Excel-based reporting into automated, role-based dashboard solutions that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and workflow alignment
  • Assess and address data quality issues through systematic root cause analysis and process improvements, designing dashboard frameworks that serve different stakeholder needs from GM-level summaries to detailed field-level information while eliminating manual data maintenance burdens
  • Partner closely with Heads of Sales, General Managers, Sales Leads, and Account Managers across markets to understand operational needs, translate them into technical requirements, and ensure technology solutions support regional attach rate improvement goals
  • Facilitate cross-market learning by documenting and sharing best practices, coordinating across diverse market conditions and analytics maturity levels, and providing regular progress updates and performance reporting to Regional Head of Sales Operations

You will require the following qualifications and skills
  • Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field with 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales operations technology or business intelligence roles, preferably within MNC environments across insurance, FMCG, or telecommunications sectors.
  • Technical Proficiency - Advanced PowerBI expertise (dashboard design, DAX, data modeling), strong SQL skills for database management, and proficiency in Excel for data analysis; experience with API integrations and cloud platforms preferred.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management - Demonstrated success managing outsourced development teams and translating business requirements into technical specifications while building trust-based relationships with sales leaders, BI teams, and external partners.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving - Strong systematic approach to identifying root causes of data quality issues, designing scalable solutions, and using data to drive measurable operational improvements and business outcomes.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills in understanding the customer needs, root cause of problems and explaining ideas to effectively negotiate and manage customer expectations
  • Have good analytical skills to identify and evaluate customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for growth
  • Knowledge of the company's products, services, and industry, as well as an understanding of the customer's business and market
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product & pricing, data center, tech, and customer service, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Excellence in English verbal and writing
