Junior Accountant (Mandarin Speaker)

• Candidates must possess at least Certificates.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Good communication skills in Mandarin (written and spoken).

Payroll Processing:

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Maintain employee records related to payroll (PTO, vacation requests, bonuses, overtime, tax deductions).
• Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll payments.

Employee Records and Benefits:

• Maintain and update personnel records.
• Administer employee benefits programs.
• Work with benefits carriers to ensure accurate benefit administration.

Financial Reporting and Accounting:

• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile monthly and quarterly accounts.
• Review financial reports to ensure accuracy.
• Record financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
• Prepare invoices related to payroll reporting.
