Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- 1 year experience in online customer support, e-commerce, or digital sales is a plus
- Fresh graduates & SPM leavers are welcome (training provided!)
- Able to communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin, Indonesian (HK, Taiwan, Indonesian market)
- Basic English & Bahasa
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, social media & e-commerce platforms (Shopee / Lazada)
- Responsible, customer-focused & able to work independently
