Senior Barista / Head Barista | The Gardens Mall

1. Ensure a pleasant customer experience.
2. Set and maintain standards for all product preparations according to company requirements.
3. Train and lead the team to effectively communicate product uniqueness to customers.
4. Oversee outlet cash handling procedures.
5. Set and enforce practices for relevant health and safety standards, as well as equipment usage and maintenance.
6. Maintain cleanliness standards for the outlet.
7. Manage outlet inventory and stock.
8. Ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet.
9. Conduct training and provide guidance to subordinates.
10. Assist in creating seasonal beverages.
11. Oversee the overall performance of the outlet.
12. At least 2 years of working experience as Barista. School leavers and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
13. Able to communicate in English.
14. 6 working days per week (shift rotation).
15. Salary based on experience.
16. Overtime (OT) and shift work required.
17. Ability to work proactively and independently.
18. Strong communication skills.
19. Smoking or Vaping is prohibited to uphold our brand and promote a healthy lifestyle.
20. Must be age 18 and above and Malaysian citizen.
21. Professional barista training will be provided.

Salary Range : RM2,800.00 - RM 4,000.00
