- Conduct market research, user behavior and demand analysis, product planning, and create product requirement documents (PRD) for gaming products.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate communication with development, UX, testing, and operations teams.
- Oversee product promotion and operations, focusing on key operational metrics (user acquisition, retention, activity, ARPU, etc.).
- Airdrop mechanisms**: Attract user participation through rewards (tokens, in-game items, coupons, etc.).
- Familiarity with gamification design, monetization strategies, and user retention/addiction mechanisms.
- Improve repurchase rates: Optimize user lifecycle management (LTV), analyze user behavior data, and develop retention/reactivation strategies.
- 1–2 years of experience in game design/planning, including designing online/offline activities for user acquisition, engagement, and repurchase. Experience in games or overseas projects is a plus.
- 3+ years of overseas game operations experience, with a passion for games and deep understanding of their user base.
- In-depth knowledge of game user personas and behavioral analysis.
- Event planning and execution
- Data analysis (e.g., repurchase rate, retention rate, ROI)
- User segmentation strategies (RFM model, A/B testing)
- Familiarity with growth tactics like airdrops and viral marketing
- Experience in gamification design (e.g., numerical systems for games or similar products).
