Java Spring Boot Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Leverage Spring Boot's features like auto-configuration, embedded servers, and starter dependencies to streamline development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, QA, and DevOps for seamless integration and delivery.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient Java code following best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend services for performance and scalability.
• Manage the debugging and troubleshooting of software issues and collaborate with the development team to meet project requirements.
• Assist in the development of Java-based applications and systems.
• Ensure that you continuously learn and stay updated on Java technologies and development practices.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Java (8 or higher) is preferred.
• Proficient in using Spring Boot for building and deploying web applications and services is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Spring Boot features such as auto-configuration, embedded Tomcat, Spring Data JPA, and Actuator.
• Hands-on experience with microservices development using Spring Boot.
• Understanding of RESTful API standards and inter-service communication patterns (e.g., REST, messaging queues).
• Experience working with SQL databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with REST API design, security, and best practices.
• Knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, and standard development workflows.
