Job Overview:
Szindore is looking for a performance-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive (E-commerce) to execute end-to-end marketing campaigns on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other digital platforms. This role focuses on sales growth through digital ads, promotional strategies, SEO content, and cross-platform synergy.You'll be key in turning awareness into conversions by blending data with creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sales-driven marketing campaigns for Shopee and TikTok Shop, aligning with product launches, promos, and live sessions.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize ad performance on TikTok Ads Manager and Shopee Ads.
- Create marketing content and visuals for use in digital banners, product pages, and promotional graphics.
- Analyze traffic, conversion rates, CTR, and ROAS to refine targeting and budget strategies.
- Coordinate with UGC creators and influencers to generate buzz and boost product virality.
- Conduct competitor research and trend analysis to ensure Szindore stays ahead in digital fragrance retail.
- Work with the content team to align marketing tone and visuals with Szindore’s luxury brand identity.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome).
- Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with website CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, or Meta Insights.
- Good command of English and/or Malay (based on target audience).
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
