Sales Coordinator/Sales Executive

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administration.

- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and pipelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member.
- Follow up with clients on quotations, orders, and after-sales service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Track sales performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Maintain organized filing systems for sales-related documents.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and presentations for the sales team.
- Support sales campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Assist in monitoring stock availability, delivery schedules, and payment collection.
