Sales Coordinator/Sales Executive

Sales Support & Coordination
  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and pipelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Customer Service
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member.
  • Follow up with clients on quotations, orders, and after-sales service.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Track sales performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports for management.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for sales-related documents.
Team & Process Support
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and presentations for the sales team.
  • Support sales campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Assist in monitoring stock availability, delivery schedules, and payment collection.
