Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in production planning or manufacturing operations
- Strong knowledge of production scheduling, forecasting, and manpower allocation
- Good leadership skills to manage and allocate manpower effectively
- Ability to handle ad hoc tasks and adapt to changing production needs
- Strong communication skills
- Plan and execute daily machine production schedules
- Forecast weekly production plans based on customer demand and production capacity
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders
- Allocate manpower and ensure sufficient staffing for daily production and ad hoc tasks
- Oversee cleanliness and orderliness of the production floor, factory, and storage areas
- Ensure workplace safety standards are met and maintained
- Manage workers’ attendance and leave records, reporting to HR as required
- Drive efficiency improvements in production processes and resource utilization
