Senior Group Accountant
About the company:
You will be working for a public-listed group with diversified business interests. As part of their ongoing growth, they are looking for a Senior Group Accountant to support group financial reporting, consolidation, and statutory compliance across the group.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review group consolidation accounts, including intercompany eliminations and adjustments
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial reports in accordance with MFRS and Bursa Malaysia requirements
- Assist in the preparation of annual reports, announcements, and disclosures for Bursa Malaysia
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, subsidiaries’ finance teams, and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent) is highly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a group / listed company environment
- Strong knowledge of MFRS, consolidation, and statutory reporting
- Experience dealing with auditors and multiple subsidiaries
- Exposure to group-level reporting and listed company requirements
- Stable organization with long-term growth plans
