Ocean Sport is an authorized PUMA dealer and we are looking for a high-energy Sales Specialist to join our team at our Alamanda Shopping Centre location.
Role Overview
As a Sales Specialist, you will be the face of the PUMA brand within our store. Your goal is to provide exceptional service to our diverse customer base—ranging from trend-seekers looking for the latest arrivals to bargain hunters seeking high-quality off-season pieces.
Key Job Scope- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in finding the perfect footwear and apparel from PUMA latest arrivals.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our unique inventory, including the differences between "Current Season" and "Off-Season" stocks.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in refreshing the store layout every 3 months as new seasonal arrivals (Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn) are introduced to ensure a "fresh look" for the mall.
- Inventory Management: Support the team in managing stock arrivals and ensuring that specific SKUs are organized and ready for the floor.
- Sales Targets: Drive store profitability by highlighting the value and craftsmanship of our iconic PUMA pieces.
