About the Role:

As a CBRE Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for finding the most qualified and diverse candidates to join the company. You will be responsible for the recruitment activities and selection process for Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.

This role offers 100% remote working option for Malaysian based in Malaysia.

This job is a part of the Talent Acquisition functional area which focuses on the sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing of talent for all job levels within the company.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
  • Lead market mapping of potential candidates in anticipation of business needs.
  • Manage candidate attraction activities and proactive sourcing on volume positions.
  • Partner with business to develop sourcing strategies to attract top talents
  • Internal database management using Applicant Tracking System
  • Source candidates for vacancies using range of job portals including LinkedIn and Job Street etc.
  • Educate managers and employees on staffing processes, regulatory compliance, and career planning.
  • Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Strong experience in recruiting diverse levels of hiring including niche roles
  • Experience with any ATS system is highly desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin are mandatory as you will be supporting Hong Kong and Taiwan. Cantonese proficiency will be an added advantage
