DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Ensure all billing activities are completed in a timely manner in accordance with company policies.
- Manage recurring billing cycles and ensure customers are billed correctly according to their contracts.
- Reconcile customers’ accounts, ensuring that all payments are correctly applied.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account statement
- Follow up on overdue accounts and initiate collection activities as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer billing records in the company’s accounting system
- Prepare invoices and delivery orders (DO)
- Carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply / OR 1–2 years experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office / Excel)
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
