About the Department
Job Responsibilities- Carry out Data Centre Operation daily tasks in shifts.
- Monitor Data Centre facility and Banking systems to ensure the systems are online as per the service level defined.
- Detect Data Centre facility and Banking systems incident, perform first level problem solving and follow up resolution with relevant support.
- Maintain compliance to all internal bank's audit and statutory requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, or Information Technology related field
- At least 1 – 2 relevant working experience
- A team player and ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work on shift rotation
