Job Requirements – Financial Consultant

- 1 years above working & sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of bank products (loans, credit, accounts).
- Good understanding of financial planning and regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (English, Malay & Mandarin).
- Able to analyze client needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and well-organized
- Meet with clients to understand their financial needs.
- Recommend suitable banking products (loans, credit cards, accounts).
- Explain financial options and help clients make decisions.
- Assist with completing applications and required paperwork.
- Ensure all processes follow bank policies and regulations.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support.
- Report daily activities and client feedback to the agency or bank.
- Meet sales or service targets as required.
- Basic monthly salary (fixed income)
