Basic Function: To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities- Assist Marketing Manager in executing day-to-day marketing strategies and planning aligned with key objectives.
- Coordinate, communicate and execute marketing projects.
- Assist in marketing material production process from creative design, printing to delivery / installation.
- Assist in liaising with creative agency and media agency in execution of the campaigns
- Involve key stakeholders and business units to manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate market potential, trends, brand awareness and competitive landscape development
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
- Assist in expediting recovery and problem resolution within the project scope.
- Assist in preparing campaign reports with data-based analytics tools.
- Ensure all marketing’s project carried out are based on approved policies and stipulated guidelines.
- Any duties assigned by Marketing Manager from time to time.
- Min 4 to 6 years of experience in the field of marketing
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Mass Communication or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality industry and/or international marketing is an added advantage.
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities

- Ability to prepare an integrated marketing plan for campaigns
